​​​​​​THE FAIR-LINE PROCESS  (File Audit & Review):


  With Fair-Line, we understand that you have many things to do on any given day.  Thus, we keep things simple.  When utilizing the services of a Fair-Line's Specialists for File & Audit Reviews all you need to do is follow these                  2 simple steps:              

1.  Obtain the estimate(s) from your Vendor: 

              Be sure that it includes any sketch or drawing of the area(s)  affected.  Also ensure that it                                                                                     includes as many photos as possible of the area(s) in question.  Estimates provided utilizing                                                                               “Xactimate” are preferred but not required.  

2. Send this information to your Fair-Line Specialist:

            Request an evaluation of the estimate. Specify if you are requesting an evaluation of an                                                                                       emergency/remediation estimate, a rebuild estimate or both.​​​​

                                                And that’s it!  It’s that simple.       

Fair-Line will take care of the rest.          




A detailed report with Fair-Line’s recommendations will be sent to you within 2 business days.       


​​​​THEN WHAT...?

​  Once your Fair-Line Specialist has received your information, reviewed the estimate(s) and sent you a detailed report outlining any recommendations the client will typically do the following:

​       1. Forward Fair-Line’s recommendations to their Vendor request the changes(1).

       2.  Vendor Makes Changes.

       3.  Approval is given to the Vendor by the Client & Scope of work can begin.


              That’s It!  Again, simple.

The process is streamlined.  Frustration and confusion are removed.

 (1) - Typically the Vendor will make changes without any concerns as Fair-Line reports outline not only what Fair-Line recommends but also the reasons behind it. Most Vendors are also familiar with this process and usually welcome the Evaluation. Usually recommendations are based on mathematical errors or scope inaccuracies that have been discovered by the Specialist. Rare Vendor inquiries pertaining to the Evaluation Fair-Line has provided will happily be reviewed by a Fair-Line Specialist at the discretion of the client. Client is to contact their Fair-Line Specialist if they wish for Fair-Line to re-assess).
